Objectives and contents The Photo Library, integration of water-related photographs taken in the Asia Pacific and other areas to be provided as a public domain, was established with a purpose of enhancing public awareness about water and promoting discussions and knowledge about water by facilitating journalistic and educational uses. Copyright: Public Domain Any photograph uploaded to the Photo Library shall be provided in the public domain, and thus, any right on such photograph shall be renounced and the photograph shall be freely used for activities for the public interest. Usage and conditions You can upload pictures you have taken to the Photo Library and make them open by acquiring an ID. Please note that it is not allowed to upload any picture taken by any third party. Photographs posted in the Photo Library are allowed to be used only for non-profit activities and cannot be used for any media with business purposes. Kinds of photographs encouraged to be uploaded *Those related to the 3 Priority Themes. *Those with high news value. *Water related photographs other than the above items. Following kinds of photographs shall be rejected to be posted
An email notification shall be automatically sent if a photograph is rejected to be posted, but the reason for rejection shall not be disclosed in any case. Prohibited Conduct The following acts are prohibited. 1. Acts that violate privacy 2. Acts that are libelous to a specific individual or organization 3. Acts that offend public order and morals 4. Criminal acts 5. Illicit access to websites 6. Acts that loss or damage or disadvantage the APWF 7. Other acts the APWF consider inappropriate. 8. Act of uploading any photograph taken by any third party Notice Please note that the number of users as well as the disk space are limited. Operation of the Photo Library may become suspended without prior notification. Only JPEG format photographs can be uploaded. Any picture bigger than 1MB cannot be posted. And 2 byte code (ex.
