Objectives and contents The Event Information functions to introduce every water-related event held in the Asia-Pacific and other areas. The purpose is to encourage participation in such events by providing wider opportunities for announcement. *Organizers can register their event information. *Users can search for registered event information. Operational Administrator APWF serves as an Operational Administrator to operate the system and maintain security of The Event Information. APWF determines on its own whether or not to register an event requested to be posted, and it can unilaterally reject posting (publication) of events depending on their contents. Participator Only organizers of events can register information. No registration by any third party is accepted. Anyone can make searching. Prohibited Conduct The following acts are prohibited. 1. Acts that violate privacy 2. Acts that are libelous to a specific individual or organization 3. Acts that offend public order and morals 4. Criminal acts 5. Illicit access to websites 6. Acts that loss or damage or disadvantage the APWF 7. Other acts the APWF consider inappropriate. Policy of posting (publication) of registered requested information APWF, the operational administrator of the system, can unilaterally reject a request for posting (publication) of information made through The Event Information. *When it is determined that the registration was made by someone other than an event organizer. *When the information conflicts with prohibition clause(s). *When APWF judges that the information is not appropriate to the contents of this system. Please note that information in this kind may be rejected to be posted on the site. The system configuration is made so that an email message shall be sent to the registrant when posting is rejected. Please note also that all the information registered through The Event Information shall be posted on the site. In addition, the registrant (organizer of the event) has the sole responsibility for each event information, and thus, APWF is exempt from any liability for any damage caused by the contents of such information. Copyright Copyrights of registrants (event organizers) are protected concerning the contents of information registered through The Event Information. APWF is allowed to introduce or quote such information to any media other than this web site without giving a notice to the registrant(s). Please note that any user of the Event Information cannot reproduce or post the registered information without prior noticet. Disclaimer APWF is exempt from any liability for any damage caused in the process of using the APWF website or The Event Information.
